RESTORATION apostolic and prophetic and networks, and the G-12 O cell vision and their variants.

Result of work initiated by the pastors of the AICFE in August 2008 on the new currents doctrinaire, the self RESTORATION apostolic and prophetic and networks, and the G-12 O cell vision and their variants. 

Continuing the journey begun in the retreat of pastors and workers held in the city of San Vicente, Misiones Province, in August 2008, in order to help maintain the doctrine and was received and obeying the Word of God that through Judas, in verse. 3 universal letter said: "... I had to write and urge you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once delivered to the saints" , a group of brothers from different Regional Association of Christian Churches of Faith Evangelical Pastors composed Pastor Horacio, Fidel Romero, Hugo Zamudio, Christopher Ledesma, Pablo Riszko, Mark Mancia, Luis Zamudio, Carlos Ruiz, together with the priests Gustavo De Leo, Miguel Dobos, the Vaquero Roberto Evangelista and the presence of Br . Julio Heredia, Secretary of A.ICFE , we gathered in the City of Charles Spegazzini on 14, 15 and 16 August 2009.

The reason was to try the conclusions that you will arrive in the study of a number of doctrines, teachings and practices for several years, gradually and initially unrelated to each other, had entered the heart of the Evangelical Church, but over time it was found that instead of being independent expressions and unrelated, were actually part of the framework of a strong current that was expressed through a distorted message relativized and the biblical sense along two paths, without being identical to each other and were functional but with different emphasis, shared principles and foundations of biblical interpretation wrong. They are: a) The self-styled "Restoring (or Reform) Apostolic and Prophetic" , whose strategy of organizing in "networks" is dedicated to making them absorb entire congregations under their control, using the argument of "apostolic covering grant" . b) The "G-12" also known as "Cellular Vision" , characterized by its ability to act in tightly by the so-called "Encounters", which achieved great control of the people and to avoid that their activities take public open state, but without the need to reasonably explain this secret act, both the working material (manuals, other printed matter, etc..), and the content and development of the aforementioned "Encounters" are reserved exclusively for the use of the leaders of congregations that adopt such a mode, and in general, not even shared with the authorities of the organizations that claim to belong.

Along with these systems and doctrines that are unbiblical, these sectors have incorporated concepts worldly humanistic and artistic expressions. The first are presented with the aim of improving people, as if the gospel was incompetent for the purpose and through special courses required for training of "selling systems" claim to teach you achieve the "Personal Success" developed all the "Potential Human ". Not satisfied with these formulas, but want to work more effectively saying the spread of the gospel, sparing no means to attract people and discarding everything that marks difference between the world and the Church of the Lord, not Christians or mixed artists recently in the Road Lord, with sensual dances and music from at least arguable convenience. Thus, intended to replace the simple and direct message of life preached for nearly two thousand years that can be expressed in these few words: "Repent and believe the gospel" .

In summary, due to the incorporation of some erroneous doctrines and other decidedly heretical to which were added "worldly attractions", congregations are slowly and gradually, have slipped of sound biblical teaching.

In the certainty that it is our duty to warn both the Church of the Lord all the Congregations as associated to the presence of errors and false doctrines that are affecting, in this paper we will discuss the treaty and the conclusions they arrived:  

1. The constant and systematic distortion of Scripture to make it say what they never said. Although the examples are many, let's take this first point called "Prosperity Theology" , by means of which it is stated that, basically, the enrichment of the Christian should be a goal as it is a demonstration of the blessing of God, when in fact the opposite His Word says: " Let your conversation be without covetousness, and be content with what you have, because God has said: Do not forsake or leave you ... " (Heb. 13: 5) , " No one can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one and love the other, or be devoted to one and despise the other. Ye can not serve God and mammon " (Matt. 6:24). This false teaching distorts the true nature of the blessing that God has for his children, but that serves to enrich those who govern or lead congregations where infiltrated this false doctrine, which also departs from the austere lifestyle that both our Lord Jesus and the disciples had and seek that Christians overestimate mortality for Christ when we are citizens of heaven (Phil. 3: 20-21).
2. The replacement of the written word "new revelations" and "new orders" from men or women disguised under the cloak that provides call themselves apostles or prophets. Acts against which clearly expresses the Word of God: " I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book. And if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city and from the things which are written in this book " (Rev. 22: 18-19) ; " ... knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Spirit "  (2nd Peter 1: 20,21 ) and other texts, such as Col. 2: 8.
3. The exalted position and authority of the so-called "leaders" who are required to have their intended absolutely, displacing a second Christ, His word and example, casting that way it said in His Word: " Then Jesus , calling, said: You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. But among you it will not, but whoever wishes to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your servant, as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many "  (Matt. 20:25-28), and other texts such as Acts 20: 28-30, Rom. 12: 3; 1ra. Peter 5: 2 -3; 2nd. Peter 2: 1-3.
4. The ambition of those who have taken the path of truth as a source of profit, despite the statement in the Word of God : " Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly ... "  (1st Peter 5: 2), and in texts such as Habakkuk 2: 9; 1st. Tim. 3: 3, Titus 1: 7.
5. The replacement of the biblical faith "confession or positive thinking", and teaching practice through the constant use of words such as "confess", "declare it", "decrételo", etc. , when the Word of God teaches us to pray by our requests according to the will of God: "And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him "  (1st Jn. 5: 14-15), but it also says : "... And my speech and my preaching was with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men but in the power of God "  (1st Corinthians 2: 4-5), and also : "It is, therefore, faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the men of old " (Hebrews 11: 1-2)  
6. False teaching about "a new anointing" expressly contravening the biblical sense of "the anointing" which clearly refers exclusively to the Holy Spirit : " But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and ye know all things. "  (1st . Jn 2: 20) "But the anointing which you received from him abides in you, and ye need not that any man teach you as well as the same anointing teaches you all things, and is truth, and is no lie, according it has taught you, abide in him " (1st Jn. 2:27) and other texts such as Luke. 4: 17, 18 et seq and Jn. 16: 13.  
7. Incorporating worldly concepts when it comes to musical genres and sensuality in interpreting wrongly calling songs "worship", when clearly we read: " Ye adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that he has made ​​to dwell in us yearns jealously? "  (James 4: 4.5); texts also as 1st. Cor. 6: 19-20.
8. The dangerous manipulations called "inner healing", in which undergoes stepwise people return year after year until their first moments of life "to be healed of various pains" or so-called "hereditary or generational curses" as this shows disbelief in the Word of God and the work of Christ: "For there is no enchantment against Jacob, no divination against Israel" (Numbers 23: 23),   "Parents do not die for the children, nor the children for parents : every man shall die in his sin. " (Deut. 24: 16), "The soul that sins shall die: the son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, nor the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. " (Ezekiel 18: 20) , "I am not ashamed of the gospel, it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith " (Rom 1: 16-17) "Therefore if anyone is in Christ is a new creation , the old has gone, the new has come " (2nd Cor. 5:17).    
9. Pagan and superstitious practices such as oil spill from the air to "anoint cities" spill oil, wine, bread and cereal grains on the ground or within it and drive stakes or swords in the four corners of the city or in your posts, because not only lack biblical support but instead are condemned by God to be a part of magical spells, witchcraft and sorcery, but also common practice indigenous religions of our continent and others, concerning which Scripture says: " So keep you my statutes and my judgments, and shall not commit any of these abominations, either the native or the stranger who sojourns among you (for all these abominations have the men of the land who were before you , and the land is defiled). therefore keep mine ordinance, not doing abominable customs which were committed before you, and defile not yourselves therein. I am the Lord your God " (Lev. 18: 26, 27 and 30) and texts like Jer. 10: 2.
10. The incomprehensible and intolerable ecumenism in the fall we have seen many men who once were masters and guide the Church, accompanied by the silence of those who must expressly consent reprove calling it "pluralism" and "interfaith dialogue", forgetting that God's Word says: "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what has a believer with an unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God ... "

(2nd Cor. 6: 14-16).  

Conclusion :

                               I.       Considering that the main feature of recent times would be introduced deception by false Christs (anointed), false prophets, false apostles and false teachers, all conditions included in the expression "deceitful workers", on which the Lord Jesus Christ warned and the Apostles Paul, Peter and John wrote abundantly (Mt 24: 4-6, 11-14 and 24; 2nd. Cor. 11: 3-4 and 13-15, Gal. 1: 6-8; 1st. Tim. 4: 1; 2nd. Tim. 3: 1-5, 2nd. Peter 2: 1-3 and 1st. Jn. 4: 1).

                            II.       Recalling that the Apostle Paul taught clearly what we should do about it when he said: "I urge you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them . For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own belly, and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple " (Romans 16: 17-18).

                         III.       And considering that the quotation of Rom. 16: 17 and 18 we are encouraged to: 1) set ourselves in who cause two types of damage against the doctrine learned: a) "Division" , the Greek word is " Dichostasía " (*), meaning "a stand apart " and b) "Stumble" which is in the same language " Scandalon " (*), originally "part of the trap that was placed the fat" and later came to mean the trap full.

2) away from them, for which it uses the Greek term "Ekklino" (*), meaning "away from" , "going to" or "fold out" .  

The reunited brothers decided:

 A.      Reject , considering heresies, practices, doctrines and teachings already set and that systems have in common, such as the self-styled "Apostolic and Prophetic Reform" with his act in "networks" and the "G-12" or "Cellular Vision" and its variants. (Gal. 1: 6-10, Phil. 3: 18-19).

B.      Encourage the brothers have been involved in these doctrines and with these groups to reconsider , abandon them and return to sound biblical doctrine . (Jeremiah 6: 16-19; Jude 17-23).

C.     Finally, if you persist in these false doctrines, teachings and practices, we, in obedience to the Lord's words in Romans 16: 17-18 , we believe that it is wiser to get away from them asking, for no altercations between us , to choose their path. If they are to the left, go right, and should they do so on the right, we head to the left as the Lord guide us in our pilgrimage.

D.     Put this text for consideration by the brothers Pastors, Priests and church partners in the next assembly to be built with the use of the Association of Churches of Christians of Evangelical Faith. 

 Since the above is encouraged by the determination to keep his word and not deny his name as stated in Revelation. 3: 8, we believe that even if we neglect little strength the Lord will open a door that no man can shut ...

"Now to Him who is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before His glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and for ever. Amen "
